This is a really awesome concept! I've always been a sucker for throwing weapons and cool dashes in games, so this combines those to great effect. I agree with the other commenters, it's pretty difficult past the first level and some sort of aiming indicator for the ball. I also noticed a few times in the second level where it felt like I dashed through an enemy but didn't kill it. You could definitely make this into a fully developed game, I would 100% play it!

Movement feels good, quite difficult past the first level though.  Music and art are nice and I think you could definitely continue this to something more developed.  Maybe add an indicator of where the ball will go and alter the physics a bit.

Really fun concept! I liked the combination of sketched 2D billboards with the simple 3D environment, you effortlessly create a stark contrast between the level and the enemies.

One thing I had trouble with was hitting the enemies. Although dashing through them works, a lot of times I found myself dashing just barely in front of an enemy and getting damaged instead. Maybe a grace timer after a dash could be implemented to make it more forgiving, as well as larger enemy hurtboxes.

Despite that, the game is super fun to just run/dash around in and explore the three levels that I was able to beat! Great job on the jam and good luck!!

Innovative, though felt a little clunky. Pretty disorienting at first, but once I got the hang of it I enjoyed it quite a bit.

TRAILER

hi guys

Interesting gameplay, kinda hard to hit enemies but the idea is very cool and the aesthetic (having a 2D sprite on an FPS like that) is very nice. Music is also great!
